One of the concepts related to the gallery location is presenting contemporary forms of art to a real audience. Another characteristic feature of the exhibitions by Sam83 gallery is exceeding the embedded view of the individual authors and their transplantation into new contexts. The outline of this part of the program is removing the artificial cultural frames. At the same time there are individual exhibitions by contemporary artists introducing an intersection or an actual part of their work, as well as exhibitions focused on architecture. In average 4-5 exhibitions annually take place.

The gallery functions on sustainable principles of eco-social economics and it is not donated from Europen nor state grants. From 2010 the gallery started its publication acitivity via culture83, for each exhibition a catalogue is published with 100 copies (30 copies are hand-made limited edition with authors' signatures). A part of the exhibition are also methodically worked out eductaional programs for schools.
